Fast check-in. Comfy bed and fairly clean place. Marvellous setting to towers...

The hotel is well-furnished and comfortable, making it ideal for long stays. It also offers a decently equipped gym and two swimming pools, which is great for those looking to stay active during their trip. Additionally, there are eateries conveniently located just across the road, providing easy access to dining options.

One major drawback is the lack of signs to the elevator in the underground parking. This can make it difficult and inconvenient for guests to find their way to the elevator.

We had a really great stay in Manama just next door to Bahrain and the convenient store and many restaurants around. In the bathroom there were a bidet, dryers and bath robes.

No complaints. It met needs well.

Apartment is excellent and location is marvellous near to Juffair, Bahrain and the most interesting tourist places. It has convenient room, with a balcony.

Friendly staff, clean property and comfortable, well-equipped flat with a jacuzzi. Good amenities like two swimming pools, gym, supermarket, and playground. Spacious apartment with nice view to the sea. Good variety of TV channels and daily housekeeping. Relaxing stay.

The bathromm smel so bad

During reservation on the web there was no mention that not all rooms have sea view. At the time of booking I made a special request to have my appartment at a high level floor with sea view but when i arrived at the hotel i was told that was not possible. Finally i got an executive appartment at the Ground Floor with limited sea view. There were no hangers at the wardrobe to hang our clothes properly. however, when requested the Housekeeping they brought plastic hangers instead of wooden ones. Breakfast menu and variety of food could be better.

The hotel was in a good condition and the staff were always friendly. The apartment we stayed in was spacious and met our needs for a short stay. There was also a small supermarket and restaurants nearby.

There was a bad smell on the floor where we stayed and the staff seemed untrained. The TV channels in the second bedroom could only be changed from the sitting room's TV receiver.

The staff was very nice, enthusiastic and willing to help with everything we asked for.

1. Both pools were covered by the buildings next to it, which blocked out the sun for about half of the day. This definitely put a damper on staying at the hotel. 2. Also, when the cleaning staff came, the tables were not washed. 3. Both bath tubs leaked when first used.

My reservation was 2 bedroom apt. The 2nd room for my kids was with a tv without reciever and that tv is not connected to anything.. When I asked the reception , they reply with : we assume that you will need that tv for ps3 !!! what the hell ?!!

Unlike Somerset apartments around the world, this building is below the expected standard for such big name like Somerset. The corridors are very narrow and basic guest’s need like ice is not available for free. The breakfast is open from 7am to 10am which I believe is very short window. In general, I’m not happy.

My stay at Somerset was fantastic. I stayed for a week for a business trip. The hotel had beautiful decor and the gym was well-equipped. The staff who assisted with breakfast were friendly and efficient. The apartment itself was incredibly spacious, with a kitchen and washing machine. The price was affordable and breakfast was included. I loved the little touches, like the updated weather forecast and prayer timings displayed in the elevators. The balcony offered a great view and the staff went above and beyond in terms of cleanliness. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

We have been going to the Somerset for over a year and it is feels like we are going to our second home. Staff are welcoming and try to make our stay as comfortable as possible. It is great to be out on the balcony to see the water and the skyline of the city.
